At a Board meeting on Monday, July 11, 2016, the Board of Trustees adopted a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for construction projects under the Proposition O Bond Program as well as for Community Facility District (CFD) projects. The PLA applies to bond and CFD projects over $1 million. The PLA is for a three year term, through 2019. The Board approved the PLA Amendment Agreement on December 16, 2019. The Amendment is a five (5) term agreement, expiring on December 15, 2024. The Second Amendment to the PLA Agreement was approved on June 28, 2021. The Agreements are in the attachments below.
